How do I upload documents for transcription?
1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click "Upload Documents" or drag files into the upload area
3. Select up to 10 images (JPG, PNG, PDF)
4. Click "Transcribe Documents" to start processing
What file formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. Maximum file size is 10MB per file. For best results, use high-resolution, clear images.
How do I use the Chrome extension?
1. Install the extension from Chrome Web Store
2. Click the InkDecoder icon in your toolbar
3. Sign in with your account
4. Click "Select Area" and drag to select text on any webpage
5. Get instant transcription results in your handwriting to text converter dashboard

👤 Account & Billing

How do I verify my email address?
Check your email for a verification link after registration. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support to manually verify your account.
What are the usage limits?
Free accounts: 1 document per week
Premium Monthly ($9.99): 50 documents per week
Premium Yearly ($99.99): 50 documents per week + savings
How do I upgrade my account?
Go to your Account page to upgrade your scanned handwriting recognition plan and choose between monthly or yearly premium plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

🔧 Troubleshooting

  • Poor transcription quality: Use higher resolution images with good lighting and contrast
  • Upload fails: Check file size (max 10MB) and format (JPG, PNG, PDF)
  • Chrome extension not working: Refresh the page and try again, or reinstall the extension
  • Can't sign in: Check your email/password or use the "Forgot Password" link
  • Transcription stuck: Wait 2-3 minutes, then refresh the page and try again
  • Not receiving emails: Check spam folder or contact support

Yes! You can copy transcriptions to your clipboard or download them as text files (.txt) from the results page.
Is my data secure?
